education is a key to our successful patient

does your team do about helping us to know? |
| Our "Expert" team of nurses, physical therapists, speech pathologist and respiratory therapists, social workers and dieticians will teach good health and safety practices to help slow the progression of certain chronic diseases and avoid new injuries and falls. |

| What else can I expect? |
Additionally, patients can expect education on individual diagnosis, symptoms and treatments, strategies for adapting to sensory, cognitive, or other physical changes, Strategies for managing pain and instruction on the best ways to utilize any adaptive equipment.
