	Our nurses provide for your health care at home. We administer IV therapy, maintain and replace catheters and deliver special medical treatments ordered by your physician. We teach diabetic management and monitoring, ostomy care, how to manage medications and how to use oxygen safely. We are available 24 hours a day if a need arises.





	Home health aides supplement your nurse's care by helping you with daily personal tasks. Your aide can assist you with bathing, dressing, changing linens and shampooing your hair. Your aide can also assist you with simple exercise and help you with walking.





	Depending on your needs, your physical therapist can provide therapy for your general rehabilitation. We can show you and your family how to transfer you from bed to chair and other techniques for living with a disability. Your therapist will also assist you in improving your upper extremity skills with new ways of using familiar tools and appliances. This will make you more independent and speed your rehabilitation.

Your home health social worker will make arrangements for services you will need and help you cut through the red tape. And, we will help you and your family deal with any illness-related problems through counseling..





	Assistance with personal care and activities of daily living is provided to individuals in their homes, whether a private residence, independent or assisted living facility or nursing home. Services typically include, but not limited to bathing, personal hygiene, dressing, toileting, eating, meals preparation, medication reminders, laundry, light housekeeping monitoring vital signs.
